An invaluable tool in my own life, MBSR is a powerful vehicle for helping others. Over an 8-week journey, we use mindfulness exercises to see our own habits of mind through fresh eyes. With greater awareness comes the possibility for better choices throughout daily life.

Unified Mindfulness coaching offers a comprehensive toolkit for deepening mindfulness practice and connecting it to other frameworks for insight and growth — either personally or professionally.
